We offer FREE standard shipping on all international orders!

You will receive your order anywhere from 10-45 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 1-5 business days (usually 24 hours) to process and ship your order . This is just an estimate, though, and doesn’t include weekends or holidays.

For standard deliveries, these parcels may or may not have a tracking number (mostly they have), so check with your local post office, or your work mail room if it was sent to a work address. In the vast majority of these cases we find that your local postal service had attempted delivery, but failed to leave a notification in your letterbox. Maybe even check with the neighbor in case they have it safely waiting for you. Still no luck? Contact us.


Customer is responsible for customs, duties, and taxes.

Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. We do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise how much they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and we will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and we will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.

We will only ship to the address we have on file for you or as it appears on your invoice/order, so please make certain this is correct before completing your purchase. We are unable to make any changes to your order once the order has been processed for delivery. We are not responsible for any wrong or invalid shipping address. If your shipment is refused or returned to us as undeliverable, we will issue a refund minus our outbound shipping cost. We do not re-ship items that have been returned to us as refused/undeliverable. If the product is not returned to us, no refund will be issued. If you are using PayPal as your payment method please confirm your address with PayPal, otherwise your order will not be shipped until your shipping address is confirmed with PayPal.

If you choose free shipping and are from any of these countries, please don’t be surprised if your package takes longer than 45 days to arrive. We gives rough estimates for delivery times, but adding customs delays and other unexpected events can increase the shipping time. If the product isn’t received in 60 days, please contact us.


Many people who order multiple items from our store, will have those items fulfilled by multiple warehouses in Asia and will most likely get those items in separately mailed packages.

This is due to logistical reasons, where items may not all be in the same warehouse or city. Packages may or may not have a tracking number. Most of the time, these packages will arrive on different days, sometimes a few days apart, or even a couple weeks apart.


If for any reason, you do not like your ordered product and wish to return the item- you can send the unused product back to us within 30 days of receiving the item to our US address:
